Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of tradetalksonline.com (the “Platform”), operated by Trade Talks, a brand operated by Optionauts Private Limited, including all courses, content and services offered through it.

By creating an account, purchasing a course, or otherwise using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

1. Definitions

• “Course” means any educational programme we provide, online or at our campuses, including videos, text, resources, quizzes and assignments.
• “User”, “you” means any person who accesses the Platform.
• “Content” means all material made available on the Platform.

2. Educational Purpose Only

Trading and investing carry a substantial risk of loss, including the loss of your entire capital. You should assess your own financial position and risk tolerance and, where appropriate, consult a qualified and registered financial adviser.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or using the Platform with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian, to purchase a Course.

You agree to provide accurate information when registering, keep your password confidential, and notify us of any unauthorised use of your account. Accounts are personal and non-transferable — you may not share login credentials, sell your account, or let anyone else access Courses through it.

4. Course Access and Licence

On successful payment we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and view the purchased Course for your own learning. Online Courses come with lifetime access, including future updates to that Course, for as long as you keep your account in good standing and the Platform is operated by us.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise, and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless indicated at checkout. We may change prices at any time; changes do not affect purchases already completed. Payment must be made in full before access is granted.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

All purchases are final and non-refundable. Because Courses are digital content delivered immediately, enrolments cannot be cancelled once access has been granted, and no refund is given for a change of mind, non-use of the Course, trading losses or any similar reason. The only exceptions are payment errors (a duplicate charge, or a successful payment where access could not be provided), as set out in our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Acceptable Use

You must not:

• copy, record, scrape, mirror or redistribute any Content;
• share account credentials or provide access to people who have not purchased;
• attempt to bypass payment, access controls or any technical protection measure;
• upload malicious code or disrupt the Platform;
• use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, or to promote tips, calls or unregistered advisory services;
• harass, abuse, impersonate or defame mentors, staff or other learners.

We may suspend or terminate access immediately and without refund for a breach of this section.

8. Intellectual Property

All Content on the Platform — videos, text, graphics, logos, course structures and software — is owned by Optionauts Private Limited or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The Trade Talks name, logo and branding may not be used without our prior written permission.

9. User-Submitted Content

If you submit assignments, reviews, questions or other material, you keep ownership but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display and use that material for operating and promoting the Platform. You confirm you hold the rights to anything you submit.

10. Certificates

Certificates of completion confirm that you finished the required lessons in a Course. They are not an accredited academic or professional qualification, are not a SEBI certification, and do not guarantee employment, income or any specific trading outcome.

11. Availability and Changes

We aim to keep the Platform available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend access for maintenance, or add, modify or discontinue features at any time.

12. Disclaimers

The Platform and all Content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. Course content is educational and does not constitute professional, legal, financial or career advice.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any trading losses you incur. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Course giving rise to the claim in the twelve months preceding it.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Optionauts Private Limited, its officers, employees, mentors and partners from any claim, liability, loss or expense arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Platform, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

15. Termination

You may stop using the Platform at any time and may request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Platform.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ernakulam, Kerala, India.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new date. Continuing to use the Platform after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
