Cancellation & Refund Policy

Trade Talks is a brand operated by Optionauts Private Limited ("Trade Talks", "we", "us"). This policy applies to every Course sold by Trade Talks: our self-paced online Courses and our classroom batches at our Kerala campuses. Please read it carefully before you pay. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read and accepted this policy.

1. All Sales Are Final: No Refunds

Our online Courses are digital content, and access is unlocked on your account immediately after payment. For this reason, all purchases are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for:

• a change of mind after purchase;
• not having time to watch the lessons, or not starting the Course;
• finding the Course too basic or too advanced for you;
• trading losses, or because the Course did not help you make a profit;
• courses bought during a sale, discount, launch-price or combo offer.

2. No Cancellation After Access

Once payment is completed and course access has been granted, the enrolment cannot be cancelled.

3. Offline / Classroom Batches

Fees paid for classroom batches at our Angamaly or Kozhikode campuses are also non-refundable once the seat is confirmed.

4. The Only Exceptions: Payment Errors

We will refund money only in the following situations:

• Duplicate payment: you were charged more than once for the same Course. The extra payment will be refunded.
• Payment without access: your payment was successful but you never received access to the Course, and our support team could not resolve the issue within 7 working days of you reporting it.

To report a payment error, email us within 7 days of the payment with your name, registered email or phone number, the payment date and the transaction ID or a screenshot of the payment.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method only, usually within 7 to 10 working days of approval. The time for the amount to show in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

6. Misuse of Access

If course access is shared with others, resold, recorded, or used in breach of our Terms & Conditions, we may suspend or remove access without any refund.

7. No Guarantee of Returns

Trade Talks sells education, not outcomes. Trading in the stock market involves risk, and we make no promise that any student will earn money from trading. Trading losses are never a reason for a refund.
