Delivery Policy

This Delivery Policy explains how Trade Talks, a brand operated by Optionauts Private Limited, delivers what you buy from tradetalksonline.com. Because we sell digital educational courses and classroom seats, there is nothing physical to ship — this page exists to make our delivery terms explicit for you and for our payment providers.

1. What You Receive

• Online courses: access to video lessons, notes and resources inside your Trade Talks student dashboard.
• Certificates: issued digitally and downloadable from your dashboard once the Course is complete.
• Classroom batches: a confirmed seat at the Angamaly or Kozhikode campus for the batch you enrolled in.

2. Delivery Timeline

Access to an online Course is granted immediately on successful payment — usually within a few seconds, and in all cases within 24 hours. You will also receive a confirmation email at the address registered on your account.

For classroom batches, your seat confirmation is sent by email or WhatsApp within one working day of payment, along with the batch schedule and campus details.

3. How to Access Your Course

1. Log in at tradetalksonline.com/login using the email address you used at checkout.
2. Open your student dashboard.
3. Your purchased Course appears under “Enrolled Courses” and can be started straight away.

4. If You Cannot Access Your Course

The most common cause is a mismatch between the email address used at payment and the one on your account. If your Course has not appeared within 24 hours:

• check the spam or promotions folder for your confirmation email;
• confirm you are logged in with the email address used at checkout;
• contact us at tradetalksacademy@gmail.com or on WhatsApp at +91 90727 22294 with your transaction ID.

We will restore access as quickly as possible, and always within one working day.

5. Access Duration

Unless stated otherwise on the Course page, online Course access is granted for the lifetime of that Course on our Platform, including any future updates we publish to it. There is no renewal fee and no expiry date.

6. Technical Requirements

You need an internet connection and a modern browser on a phone, tablet or computer. Video lessons stream and are not downloadable unless a download option is expressly provided. A laptop or desktop is recommended for chart-based exercises.

7. Delivery Charges

There are no delivery, shipping or handling charges on any purchase. The price shown at checkout is the total amount payable.
