Sunil Mathai trained as an engineer and started his working life in software development. The stock market began as a curiosity on the side — and quickly became the thing he could not stop thinking about.
The early years were humbling. Trades that felt certain went nowhere. Wins came and went without a pattern. What eventually changed things wasn’t a better strategy — it was structure. Position sizing. Risk limits. Knowing why he was in a trade before entering it, and knowing when he was wrong.
That realisation became the syllabus. Trade Talks exists to hand people the structure at the start, instead of making them pay for it in losses — which is what the market charges everyone else for the same lesson.
A decade of trading and teaching later, it runs as two Kerala campuses, a full online academy, and a community of more than a hundred thousand people who show up for the free sessions as much as the paid ones.
